An Army of Volunteers to Defend Our Constitutional Republic

We are building a virtual Army of patriotic volunteers to get involved in our political process and protect our constitutional republic.

The Committee to Support and Defend is America’s Constitutional Conservative Veterans Organization. Our mission is simple — to conserve the republic and our constitutional values.

These values include protecting our borders, being energy independent, fighting tyranny, having fair and honest elections, stopping the march of communist values in our country, holding China accountable, standing with Israel, stopping cancel culture and all censorship, stopping wokeness in our military at all levels, supporting our Second Amendment and upholding the rule of law.  These are conservative values that we need almighty God to help us live out.

We are a little over a month out from our upcoming elections, so we and our CSD Army are gearing up for the 10-meter target. The objective is to get as many people as we can involved in the upcoming election.

Election day is Tuesday, November 8, 2022.  As a former military member, I feel compelled to think about a checklist when we are preparing for something important.  If you have never voted, now is the time to support constitutional candidates.

There are a couple of things to think about.  Are you registered to vote?  Are you sure you know your polling location?  Many counties have been redistricted.  If you are a military member or senior citizen and need to request an absentee ballot, have you already done that?  Do you know the deadlines for your state? For more information on those questions, you can find election information here.

If you have a loved one in a continuing care retirement community or a nursing home, have you had a conversation about the election, the issues, and what needs to be done to make sure their vote counts? If not, check out our training guide to see what you can do to protect the votes of our more vulnerable population.

If you are a senior citizen or have senior family members, do you know your senior citizen election rights?

We at the committee to support and defend applaud the leadership and efforts of ACRU as they and we continue to defend our 2A rights to bear arms.

Also, during this difficult season, we are helping military families with the service member assistance program.  The current administration and Congress have proposed a 4.3% cost of living adjustment for military members for 2023. Compare that to a 13.5% average cost of food increase this year, and the challenges for our military families are apparent.

An anonymous active service member notes, “For the Sergeant Major of the Army to issue guidance instructing my battle buddies and me to visit an Army website offering us food stamps and WIC is a punch in the gut. We joined the military believing we were a critical part of America and that we were valued. All guidance comes from the top, which means the Army doesn’t think we’re important or valued.”

Committee to Support and Defend Executive Director LTC Allen West notes, “This administration cuts the pay of our Air Force and accepts that 24 percent of service members are struggling to provide for their families. This administration’s armed forces leadership is appalling — and embarrassing.”

We at the Committee to Support and Defend stand with our military families!  Please consider giving to the service member assistance program to help our military!
